Product Details: Following the release of Antidote and the kick off of our pastel palette, we are excited to bring you Ether!! This colour was in the Test Lab as Pastel blue. The formula has been finalized based on your feedback and has received stellar reviews!! Working Tip: Work it hot or cool, in as close to a neutral flame as possible. Try thinning it out for a milky tint. Blow-outs work best with the Pastel colours.
